Summer in Carinthia
Enjoy the beautiful mountainside around Gailtal, do mountaineering, go mountain-biking through the Carnic Alps, visit high-ropes-courses or alpin slides on Nassfeld.
In summer "Naturarena Kärnten" offers a lot of activities for sportive persons.
Directly in front of our house you can find a very beatiful bikeway along the river "Gail" which starts at Kötschach Mauthen and leads to Villach.
On warm summer days you can go swimming in carinthian lakes (with drinking water quality!!!) such as Pressegger See or Weißensee. These marvelous lakes are perfect places to relax and are also good-reachable by bike.
To relax you can also spend a day at the spa "Aquarena" at Kötschach Mauthen.
The spectacular mountains of the Carnic Alps also offer many climb walks.
